Looking inwards, the world needs more and more energy, such as their technologies to help in making cars, trains, industrial plants, consumer electronics, and household appliances, therefore they realized a facility management control system is required to provide a framework to optimize plant production with the next level of productivity.

With the previous controller and system, downtime happens frequently, and it is easily affected. The overall systems are not suitable for industrial but better performance for commercial building.

  • Historian in order to store data and convert into information for data tracking 
  • Implement Facility Management Control System, act as a centralized control system of project management with the scope includes supply of control system cabling & installation work at site, engineering design, testing & commissioning. 
  • Implement Siemens PCS7 with more reliable on network redundancy, CPU redundancy and IO module hot swap 
  • Centralization control system on UPW (Ultra Pure Water), Wastewater, which effective to manage the production plant and to minimize man powers. 
  • Perform value engineering after implementing each line to reduce cost and improve system design.
